Halal Hub Vietnam — A strategic intermediary hub

Halal Hub Vietnam operates on a One-Stop Halal Gateway model . We act as the sole intermediary, comprehensively connecting three core stakeholders :

  • Vietnamese manufacturing and export businesses.

  • International Halal certification organizations and financial partners.

  • Government regulatory agencies. Instead of having to independently research and work with each market or organization, Halal Hub Vietnam integrates the process into a single consulting and implementation roadmap , significantly reducing time and costs for businesses.

Market Gap: Currently, only about 0.2% of Vietnamese businesses have Halal-certified products, while the demand for imported food in the Middle East reaches 85-90% . This gap is precisely the area that Halal Hub Vietnam was established to bridge, through the following four core service groups.

1. Connecting trade and promoting investment

Halal Hub Vietnam builds and operates a network of certified partners in key markets, acting as a direct bridge between Vietnamese businesses and international distribution systems, importers, and investment funds.

  • Connecting Vietnamese businesses with importers and distributors in the GCC, ASEAN (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei) and Europe;
  • Organizing and coordinating trade delegations, conferences, and international exhibitions specializing in Halal tourism, with the Vietnam Halal Tourism Conference 2026 being a prime example;
  • Serving as a hub for Shariah-compliant foreign direct investment (Sharia-compliant financing) from Middle Eastern investment funds, supporting large-scale industrial infrastructure, logistics, and Halal tourism projects in Vietnam;
  • Providing strategic advice on market entry and selecting appropriate distribution channels in accordance with international best practices — prioritizing cooperation through importers and local distribution systems rather than directly reaching end consumers.

2. Consulting & Support for Halal Certification

Halal certification is not a single administrative procedure, but a comprehensive set of standards that spans the entire production chain—from raw materials and processing to transportation and storage. Halal Hub Vietnam accompanies businesses throughout this entire journey.

  • We provide consulting services for selecting and harmonizing certification standards suitable for the target market, based on direct connections with reputable international certification organizations such as JAKIM (Malaysia), BPJPH (Indonesia), MUIS (Singapore), along with strategic partners COOLAB (Singapore) and Halal Food & Quality Certification (Spain);
  • Support the review of all raw materials, production processes, and internal control systems to meet the “zero-contamination” requirement according to the Internal Halal Assurance System (HAS);
  • We assist in preparing documentation, shortening certification time, and especially support businesses in completing certification before the deadline for Indonesia’s tightened mandatory import regulations, which will take effect on October 17, 2026;
  • We provide consulting services for establishing segregated logistics infrastructure—from warehousing to transportation—that meets the most stringent standards of Islamic countries.

3. Training Halal human resources

One of the biggest obstacles for Vietnamese businesses is the shortage of personnel knowledgeable in Shariah law and Halal quality control. Halal Hub Vietnam implements internationally certified training programs, including:

  • Providing foundational training on Halal standards and the concept of “Halal-Tayyib” (permissible, clean, and healthy) for the company’s management and operations team;
  • Providing in-depth training for internal quality control officers (Halal Internal Auditors) to meet the requirements for maintaining long-term certification;
  • Training human resources for operating Halal supply chains and logistics, as well as personnel serving in the tourism, accommodation, and food service sectors that are friendly to Muslim tourists (Muslim-friendly hospitality);
  • Training livestock farmers and slaughterhouses to meet Halal standards – an area that still lacks the necessary infrastructure in Vietnam, especially for goats, sheep, and cattle.

4. Traceability and Digital Transformation Solutions

Transparency and traceability throughout the supply chain are essential for maintaining trust in the global Halal market. Halal Hub Vietnam provides comprehensive digital solutions:

  • Implementing a traceability platform using Blockchain technology ensures transparency of information from raw material sources and processing facilities to the final distribution point.
  • Supporting businesses in building traceability records to meet the inspection requirements of stringent import markets;
  • Consulting services for establishing specialized raw material areas and closed-loop production chains that meet Halal standards — from cultivation and processing to packaging and export;
  • Supporting the digital transformation of business management operations, connecting with the data systems of international certification organizations to synchronize certification information.

Commitment of Halal Hub Vietnam

The entire service chain is implemented under the strategic guidance of international experts, based on a solid legal foundation and a verified partner network . We are committed to supporting businesses not only in obtaining Halal certification, but also in reorganizing production, building brands, and achieving sustainable development .
